- Dec 09, 2015 The only 2 drivers I had to track down were the display adapter for ATI X1600 (which you already have, I got it from Microsoft update catelog) and Sigmatel for the audio. All the rest came from Bootcamp 6 (except AppleHFS.sys which causes BSOD and I've disabled). SigmaTel installed IDT High Definition version 6.10.5927.2 dated 5/6/2008.
- Jan 13, 2009 When I installed Windows 7 Beta (Build 7000) on my early 2008 MacBook yesterday, the audio driver did not work. The driver provided by Boot Camp is not the right one. Using the hardware id, I learned that the audio card is made by Realtek. I downloaded the driver directly from Realtek and it worked. Here is the download link.

Windows audio drivers for Windows 10 on a Mac Pro 2008. Windows 10 runs surprisingly well on my (new) Mac Pro 2008. The Bootcamp driver download from Apple though is no longer supported on a 2008: The main feature I’m particularly missing is the Bootcamp systray app in Windows to allow you to pick your boot drive, i.e. To select to boot back.
