ok so I found this mod months ago and this was part of a snow mod and this mod is to make the CPU and yourself to go fast.
this mod will go fast circuits, sprints, drifs, freeroam and drags
but in drags if you choose a slow car it will go up to 4 gears so always upgrade the ECU to make the car go fast.
Now go have fun to be fast as a ferrari
